Cheqpoint Tech Trading LLC was established in Dubai in June 2002 as a turnkey supplier of HVAC, plumbing, thermal solar and electrical power-saving equipment. The company is led by an owner with more than 37 years in the GCC HVAC and plumbing industry.

Cheqpoint works with consultants, contractors, developers and property owners across commercial, hospitality, retail, civic and infrastructure projects — from private villas through to district-cooling networks.
Rather than handing a project on after delivery, the same technical team carries it through installation, testing, commissioning and supervision, and then holds the maintenance contract. That continuity is the reason the company is positioned as a turnkey partner rather than a distributor.
